What is Business Transformation?

Is the task performed by our consulting team of executing the necessary changes in a National Company, transforming it into an International Company.

DELREAL® Venture Capital has a consulting team composed by attorneys, CPAs, architects, computer and telecommunications engineers, marketing experts and translators with experience in transformation projects for US national companies trying to expand into Latin America. The result of the transformation project is an International Company with a vision focused in Latin America.

At the same time, DELREAL® Venture Capital will help in the transformation process of Latin American Companies trying to expand into the United States region.

Part of the transformation tasks performed, will be useful for other regions in the world outside Latin America and the United States, so if the company is expanding to Europe, for example our consulting team will work integrated to the European consulting team.

At the end of the Business Transformation, the Company “World Wide”, will be composed by the US National Development Corporation and the Latin America Development Corporation.

If a company being transformed has a franchise business model, we can’t confuse the Latin America Development Corporation with an “Area Development Agreement” or a “Master Franchise Agreement”. The Latin America Development Corporation will sell “Area Development Agreements” or “Master Franchise Agreements” and “Franchise Agreements” in the entire region; because the Latin America Development Corporation can offer a “franchise system” that now works and can be sold in the region.

The end result of a business transformation is, for example, when a representative of the Company is meeting with a potential client in Buenos Aires, and is presenting the Company and showing the “Franchise Agreement”, the representative is selling a product from the Latin America Development Corporation; in other words, the actual agreement will be a document specifically written for Buenos Aires laws and in Spanish; the architectural design of the store will accommodate Argentine customs, fashions and office dimensions; the marketing adds will target Argentine/Bs.As. audience; the Store System will run on Spanish; the fees to the guests will be charged in Argentine Pesos, entered into the Store System in Argentine Pesos to report in local currency and at the same time, the same transaction will be translated automatically in US dollars updating the systems at the Corporate Office in the United States; and finally, the fees to the guest will be adequate to the Argentine economy and income per capita.
